ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (SEASONAL)

 

 

NEW ZEALAND (LIVE OUT)

 

 

START DATE: NOVEMBER ‘23 – APRIL ‘24

 

 

Our client, a stunning luxury property in New Zealand is searching for an experienced hospitality professional to take charge. They should be a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic leader to deliver timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards

 

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department including; maintaining high standard of suites and public areas, leadership of a team of Room Attendants and an on-site laundry operation.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
  • Cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team
  • At least 18 months management or supervisory level experience in a comparable environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills 
  • Flexibility - able to work shifts, including weekends
  • A valid working holiday visa.
