CHEF DE PARTIE

Our client is searching for an Chef de Partie at their 5* Lodge group. This chef should have the ability to co-ordinate the kitchen team to produce menus and food items with attention to detail, and high standards of presentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a previous 5-star environment especially Lodge experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Vaccinated against covid.
• Food hygiene and professional cooking qualifications.

• Must have excellent spoken and written English
