Our client is searching for an experienced and charismatic Sommelier to join their team at their luxury lodge. They are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to lead the wine programme with their award-winning team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
• Excellent wine knowledge with proven ability to engage guests and maximise wine sales
• WSET qualifications, at a minimum
• Previous senior level Food & Beverage experience in boutique lodges or 5 star properties
• Knowledge and ability to train, grow and lead a team
• Impeccable personal grooming
• Knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Flexibility and maturity in approach - able to work shifts, including weekends
• And a winning personality, with the ability to surprise and delight!
