VILLA MANAGER / COUPLE

STELLENBOSCH, CAPE TOWN

We are looking for a meticulous Villa Manager to spearhead the operations and upkeep of our client’s luxury estate. The focus is mainly on hospitality, wellness, food, wine, staff management, and some maintenance oversight.

In this role, you will also be required to prepare and manage budgets, train and supervise staff, and oversee the daily operations of the exclusive-use villa.

The ideal single Villa Manager would have experience in hosting luxury international guests. The ideal Villa Management Couple would ideally be made up of a Chef and a Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Culinary experience is advantageous
• A recognised cooking qualification preferred
• Previous luxury villa or chalet experience is an advantage
• Good communication and team working skills are essential
• Flexible attitude
• High energy with a can do attitude
• Hands on and prepared to lead by example
• Strong in people management
