REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Studies / Business Management, Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management positions of luxury all-inclusive hotels, with management of triple AAA standards.
• Ability to organize, analyze and prepare reports related to the area of responsibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and with discretion and initiative in assigned tasks.
• Leadership skills and strategic mindset.
• Advanced Spanish and English.
