As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you'll be at the forefront of spearheading the PR, marketing, communication, and digital content strategies. Your creativity and strategic prowess will be instrumental in shaping the narrative of the brand, ensuring that the resort maintains its status as the ultimate choice for UHNWIs in the hospitality sector.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree holder in Marketing/PR/Communications, Business Administration
- With a strong background in the field of Marketing/ Communications for a luxury hotel or luxury brand with a deep understanding of our market segment (min. five years experience in MarCom and managerial role)
- A dynamic, hands-on approach, setting and pursuing high standards of excellence
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a charismatic personality
- An organised, analytical thinker with the ability to multitask across numerous projects
- A true brand custodian ;-) With a passion for ultra-luxury brands and the travel and hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Entrepreneurial problem solver – the position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, incl. evenings, weekends, public holidays, etc.
