LARGE RESORT GENERAL MANAGER

Seeking a General Manager for a prestigious Resort in the Maldives. We're on the lookout for a candidate with a proven track record in the luxury sector, adept at upholding exceptional standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 – 10 years experience as a GM with exposure to large operations preferable.
• Exposure to volume driven properties in an isolated environment
• MUST hold 3 years Diploma or Bachelors degree or higher, and should be in a related field (this is a mandatory requirement to obtain a  Work visa
•  Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork
• A commitment to maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction. Customer-centric.
• Luxury experience
• Maldives experience an advantage
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent in English, Multilingual will be an advantage
• Able to work in remote environments
• Systems management
• Finance management
• Revenue generation
