ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF F&B

Our client is searching for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to be the right hand to the F&B Director and provide leadership and management for the Resort’s Food and Beverage Division. Planning, organising, directing and controlling the work of employees and managers, while ensuring guest satisfaction, making meaningful and lasting dining impressions. Demonstrating analytical skills, prioritizing and adapting to the changing needs of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort.
• Fluent in English.
• Another European language is an added benefit.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and time management.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Results and service-oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in stressful situations.
• Experience in creating innovative guest experiences is a plus.
• Background/knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is beneficial
