Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Our client is seeking an accomplished HR Director to join its executive team on their luxury Maldives Resort. As the HR Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s culture and ensuring the well-being of our valued employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years working in a similar role at a 5-star luxury hotel/resort; experience in Maldives will be an added advantage.
• Ability to lead and motivate the HR team, providing direction and setting high performance standards.
• Strong budgeting skills and well-versed in payroll processes, general administration, and computing skills to maintain significant levels of data and paperwork.
• Passionate in building relations with people, having an outgoing, self-motivated, outspoken, and positive personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate HR policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sensitivity and awareness to manage a diverse and multicultural workforce, fostering an inclusive work environment.
