BAR SUPERVISOR

Do you have experience delivering exceptional bar service? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to lead our client’s bar operations. In this role, you will ensure that our bar meets industry standards and provides prompt, courteous service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good personal presentation skills.
• Attentive, friendly, polite and helpful with customers.
• Patient and diplomatic when dealing with complaints, and ability to solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
• Solid understanding of all safety and health protocols.
• Versed in stock taking and reporting. 
• Tech Savvy.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certified Mixologist
• Certification in hospitality, tertiary education in business or a similar field is an asset.
• Full high -school certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in upscale bartending with 3+ years Supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system.
• Available to work on holidays and weekends
