We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to bring creativity, precision, and energy to our client’s kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of New Zealand’s most stunning lodge and resort settings, where fresh local ingredients and world-class hospitality come together.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, in a similar standard establishment
• Relevant culinary / hospitality qualifications
• Have excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
• Agility to meet the demands of daily guest requests and menu changes
• Excellent time management
• Multitasking skills and reorganisation of priorities
• Thorough understanding of Kitchen Health & Safety requirements
• Own reliable transport
