Join our client’s luxury Maldives Resort as Director of Food & Beverage!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? Our client is looking for a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead and inspire their team at a prestigious Maldives resort.

In this role, you will lead with excellence, oversee operations and enhance guest experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ leading F&B service at some of the world's best 5* luxury hotels/resorts and experience in the Maldives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant diploma.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak another European language preferred
• Highly “creative”, bringing exciting “fresh” new ideas 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Confidence when anticipating and managing processes with great attention to detail.
• Possesses outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ability to focus attention on guests' needs with a charming personality.
