Are you passionate about culinary excellence and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team. As an Executive Chef, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team dedicated to delivering award-winning service to our valued guests. This role reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of kitchen management experience in a 5 star deluxe hotel/resorts
• Technical experience in various world cuisines is mandatory
• An aptitude for management and upward mobility
• Excellent English, math and psychometric abilities
• Have great business acumen, coupled with creative flair
• Be well-developed interest in food and wines; possesses a deep-rooted interest as a ‘foodie’
• Ability to personally connect with guests, enhancing their dining experiences through your passion for food and hospitality
