Are you a visionary leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? Our client is seeking a dynamic General Manager to helm their boutique luxury resort in the Maldives. This role is pivotal in developing and managing the resort’s operational strategy to drive optimal performance and achieve financial and business targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Manager at a 5-star ultra-luxury property and preferably a private island concept
• Candidates must have had working experience preferably in small luxury independent Resort or in a remote Island location.
• Should possess have strong knowledge of relevant Leisure / HNWI segments and key markets
• Should have proven all round operational Resort experience and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic focus.
• Should be able to influence, negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• The suitable candidate will possess strong knowledge and proven record of Food & Beverage or Rooms experience.
• It is essential that to have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to lead, develop and motivate team members at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
• Candidates with multiple language skills will be highly regarded.
