DIRECTOR OF SALES

MALDIVES (LIVE IN)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Director of Sales to join the executive team of our client's ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years previous DOS experience required.
• 3-5 years of resort sales experience preferably with ultra-luxury boutique Resorts as well as contracting experience within the main European and Middle East source markets
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Sales/marketing/hospitality profession.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Command of the English language both written and verbal.
• Must be available to be Resort-based and work to a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for the success of the Resort.
• Must be able to travel at least quarterly for sales calls.
• Proven ability in driving sales revenue.
