Are you passionate about driving sales and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to join our client’s team in Zanzibar.

The Director of Sales ensures that Sales revenues in resorts are met and exceeded according to targets established by the Company. To maximize room occupancy and average rate through effective inventory management by both the Sales business plan and the Company’s policies and procedures. To ensure excellent communication with resort employees, key travel planners, decision makers and Head Office.
