SALES MANAGER / DIRECTOR OF SALES

Our client is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager / Director of Sales to join their team in Kenya. This role is pivotal in achieving and surpassing resort sales targets, optimizing room occupancy and average rates through strategic inventory management aligned with the business plan and company standards. The ideal candidate will foster strong communication across resort teams, key travel partners, decision-makers, and Head Office to ensure seamless coordination and commercial success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the same field.
• Experience selling to the European market
• Experience in remote locations
• International experience, a similar role in a luxury property in leisure segment.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Exposure to Local DMCs and market strategies
• Budget and results-driven
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationships and time management skills.
