Are you passionate about fostering a vibrant workplace culture and nurturing talent? Do you have a knack for creating an inclusive and dynamic environment? We are searching for an experienced HR Manager / PCTM (HOD) to oversee our clients’ stunning property in Kenya.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in related field
• 5-10 years experience in HR in hospitality 
• At least 3 years in the position of HR Manager in a large 4 to 5 star hotel with a large staff complement
• Must have experience working with expatriates
• Compassion and sensitive
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, efficient and systems-orientated
