Our client, a well-known and iconic, luxury East African Safari Company is searching for a Regional Sales & Reservations Manager to be play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximise sales, revenue and market share. You will be responsible for identifying sales gaps and opportunities, as well as implementing effective strategies to ensure business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the tourism industry..

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the broader industry sector (hospitality & tourism).
• Proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication skills and a responsible go-to person.
• Proactive mindset, and the ability to organise, motivate and encourage a team.
• Ability and willingness to lead by example and find commercial solutions to problems.
• Share commercial awareness, aligned with international sales requirements and expectations.
