GROUP DIRECTOR OF TALENT, CULTURE AND TRAINING

We are searching for a HR expert to assist on the EXCO team managing a small group of hotel and resorts in Fiji.

The main functions of the role are to develop and execute human resources policies and strategies, manpower planning, job analysis and job design, salaries and wages structure and policy, performance management systems, employee welfare and motivation and compliance with OHS (Occupational Health & Safety & Work Act) and ERP (Employment Relations Promulgation). The Director of Talent, Culture and Training is expected to add value to the hotels and resorts through its services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5years experience at HR and/or Training Director or Manager level 
• Experience in the HR role of strategic business planning
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership to a high performance, service-oriented HR team
• Demonstrate confidence, humility and empathy
• Relevant training and education qualifications and /or industry accreditation
