GROUP DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Our client, a small group of luxury island resorts in the Maldives, is searching for a Financial expert to oversee the finance department, reporting to the MD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven expertise in cash flow management and setting and achieving KPIs for resort properties.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
