ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES

In this key role, you will craft and execute strategic sales initiatives to position the resort as a premier destination within the UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) market. Your ability to seamlessly merge creativity, passion, and precision will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets and setting the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or two years previous ADOS/ Sales Manager experience required.
  • 2-3 years of resort sales experience, preferably with ultra-luxury boutique Resorts, as well as contracting experience within the main European and Middle East source markets
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Sales/marketing/hospitality profession.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • Must be available to be Resort-based and work to a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for the success of the Resort.
  • Must be able to travel at least quarterly for sales calls.
  • Proven ability in driving sales revenue.
