Looking for a dynamic opportunity? Our client is searching for a General Manager to run their logistics operation company in Fiji, you will champion the delivery of key objectives aligned with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Your role will involve providing strategic leadership to drive exceptional financial performance, elevate guest satisfaction, foster staff development, ensure top-tier health and safety standards, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation.

You'll also take charge of innovative projects designed to enhance revenue streams and propel business growth. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience of a multi-faceted business with 50 or more staff
• Business degree or diploma in a related field
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on projects
• Experience in development and implementation of policy, SOPs and systems
• Experienced in compliance requirements
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Business acumen including P&L analysis and revenue generation
• Good understanding of local legislative requirements and safety requirements
• Previous experience in the maritime transport or tourism fields is advantageous but not essential
