In this strategic role, you'll be at the heart of shaping the workforce that keeps the aviation sector soaring. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational needs, ensuring that talent attraction, development, and retention remain top priorities.

Aviation is an ever-evolving industry, requiring an agile and knowledgeable HR approach. As a key player, you'll stay ahead of industry-specific regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and policies while navigating work and residence permit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skill Set

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with HR software and systems preferred.
• High level of emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office Products. 
• Excellent organizational skills.
• An understanding of the confidential nature and sensitivity of issues and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years or more experience in HR roles within the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
