As Strategic Wellness Coordinator, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a holistic wellness experience that seamlessly weaves physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being into every touchpoint of the guest journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification in yoga, holistic therapies, or wellness coaching (multi-disciplinary preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environments.
• Experienced in wellness program design and facilitation, ideally within hospitality or remote environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for nature, conservation, and cultural authenticity.
• Ability to work in remote environments with flexibility and resilience.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing wellness programs.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
• Discreet and professional.
• Creative and proactive in enhancing guest wellbeing. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision with operational execution.
