We’re seeking a visionary leader to take the helm of a world-class luxury resort in Fiji. This is not just a role—it’s an invitation to steward an iconic destination and craft unforgettable experiences for a global clientele who expect nothing less than excellence.

As Resort Manager, you’ll oversee every facet of operations with precision and passion, ensuring seamless service, elevated guest satisfaction, and a culture of excellence across the property. You’ll inspire and empower a high-performing team while upholding the brand’s reputation for refined hospitality and flawless execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a similar capacity (General Manager, Resort Manager, or highly relevant executive role) at a recognized luxury hotel or resort.
• A relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate a track record of success in high-end, international hospitality environments.
• Leadership: Demonstrated superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality Acumen: Deep understanding of the subtleties and high expectations of luxury clientele and the ability to execute services that are both discreet and highly personalized.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Fijian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and local operational requirements is highly desirable.
