REGIONAL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (SCANDINAVIA & UK)

 

 

MALDIVES, ISLAND-BASED

 

 

START DATE: JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2026

 

 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in the Maldives, responsible for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market penetration across Scandinavia and the UK. The ideal candidate will bring proven regional experience, strong hospitality or luxury travel expertise to effectively engage with key markets.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Must have experience in the luxury and high-net-worth market.
  • Demonstrated success in the UK and Scandinavian markets, with strong regional networks.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • College degree in a related field Sales & Marketing background required, will be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Hotel industry including a minimum of 1 year in management and three years performing similar duties.
  • Must have and be able to provide evidence and references about the profession
  • Considerable skill in simple mathematical calculations without error. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook Express computer programs with the ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to move throughout all Sales & Marketing areas and perform essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents; write speeches and articles; make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Listen and communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
  • Strong knowledge of the geographic designated markets.
  • Creativity, good communication skills, good organizational skills, working as part of a team and able to work to deadlines.
