Our client is seeking an inspiring Resort Manager to lead a luxury boutique property on a private island in the Maldives. This is an exceptional chance to craft unforgettable guest experiences while steering operational excellence and contributing to the resort’s long‑term strategic vision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Minimum holder of a degree within hospitality and/or tourism.
• Status: Currently experienced Resort Manager of a small to mid-sized resort in remote destinations.
• Computer: Excellent computer literacy, technologically savvy and innovative, good knowledge of hospitality and finance-related software.
• Personal and professional skills: customer and human-centric mindset with strong communication skills, possess knowledge and expertise of hospitality operations service standards, accountable and take ownership for the company’s operational and service performance.
