Our client, a leading luxury resort group in the Maldives, is seeking an experienced and creative PR & Marketing Manager to elevate the brand’s global presence and drive strategic communication across multiple award‑winning island properties. This role is ideal for a dynamic storyteller with a passion for luxury travel, strong media relationships, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with discerning international audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Experience in luxury hospitality marketing or PR; resort or island experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven success in managing international media relations and luxury brand storytelling.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media management and content strategy.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Culturally aware, adaptable, and inspired by island living.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about luxury travel, guest experience, and brand excellence.
