In this pivotal role, you will champion the seamless day‑to‑day operation of the camp, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while nurturing a motivated, high‑performing team. You’ll oversee the upkeep of camp facilities, uphold the Group Environmental Minimum Standards (GEMS), and deliver hospitality that reflects the brand’s renowned excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a senior camp management role, ideally in a remote, multi-property operations.
- Extensive safari lodge or concession experience
- Senior camp or lodge management exposure
- Strong operational and people-leadership depth
- Proven impact on guest satisfaction, standards, and team stability
- Hands-on, visible leadership
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capability
- Confident conflict management and decision-making
- Emotional resilience suited to high-pressure, isolated environments
