Our client is searching for a dynamic, forward‑thinking Resort Manager to lead one of Zanzibar’s luxury resorts. This is a standout opportunity to shape world‑class guest experiences while steering operational excellence and sustainable growth.

As the resort’s ambassador, you’ll inspire high‑performing teams, elevate service standards, and craft a guest journey that feels effortlessly exceptional. If you’re a visionary hospitality leader with a passion for people, performance, and place, this role invites you to leave your mark in one of the Indian Ocean’s most captivating destinations. Reporting to the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma within hospitality and/or tourism.
• Experienced as a Hotel Manager of a small to mid-sized luxury resort.
• Experience in a remote or island resort, Zanzibar, is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, English fluency essential.
• Excellent computer literacy, technologically savvy and innovative, good knowledge of hospitality and finance-related software.
• Customer and human-centric mindset with strong communication skills, possess knowledge and expertise of hospitality operations service standards, accountable and take ownership for company’s operational and service performance.
• Financial literacy is a must-have quality, has to understand financial statements, budgets, KPIs and direct operations and leadership to drive and maximize profitability.
