MALDIVES (LIVE-IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

Our client, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is seeking an accomplished Assistant Director of Commercial to drive revenue performance, market positioning, and strategic commercial initiatives across one of the region’s most iconic island destinations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape sales, marketing, and distribution strategies that elevate brand visibility and maximize profitability.

You’ll lead key commercial functions, analyze market trends, optimize pricing and inventory, and ensure the resort remains competitive in global luxury markets. Ideal for a results‑driven hospitality professional with strong analytical capability, commercial insight, and a passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes in a world‑class island environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Luxury Hotel / Resort experience.
• Proficient level of written and verbal English
• Sound computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Opera and Fusion
• Positive attitude and good communications skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate working and engaging teams from different cultures
• Excellent selling capabilities
• Ability to take initiative.
