Our client, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager to help lead the smooth, refined operation of a world‑class Spa & Wellness sanctuary. This role ensures impeccable service standards, flawless cleanliness, and a motivated, high‑performing team that consistently delivers elevated guest experiences.

You’ll support daily spa operations, uphold brand‑level protocols, and inspire therapists to maintain the highest levels of professionalism and care. Ideal for a detail‑driven, guest‑focused spa professional who thrives in an ultra‑luxury environment and is passionate about wellness, service excellence, and team leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in similar role with diversity of Spa, Fitness and Wellness related positions with good organizational skills
• Passionate in delivering high quality service and exceeding customer expectation in a high volume, fast paced spa environment
• Creative ability to assist with creation of marketing and customer service initiatives and a keen understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, administrative and computer skills
• Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English
• Pays attention to details and have strong customer service skills.
• Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized and able to work independently.
• Have impeccable follow-through and “Can Do” attitude and mindset.
