We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of a world-class wellness sanctuary within a prestigious luxury resort in Fiji.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering transformative guest experiences, inspiring high-performing teams, and driving commercial success in a luxury environment. You will lead all aspects of spa operations, from guest satisfaction and team development to revenue generation and wellness programming, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable journey of relaxation and rejuvenation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business- and marketing-focused individual
• Experience in a similar role with a diversity of Spa, Fitness and Wellness-related positions with good organizational skills
• Experience as a Spa Therapist is advantageous
• Passionate in delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations in a high-volume, fast-paced spa environment
• Creative ability to assist with creation of marketing and customer service initiatives and a keen understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, administrative and computer skills
• Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English
• Pays attention to detail and have strong customer service skills.
