As PA to the CCL, you’ll be at the heart of strategic operations—managing travel, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring seamless day-to-day support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, discretion, and excellence at the executive level.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in Office Administration/ Personal Secretary
OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in Office Administration/ Personal Secretary
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years an administrative position, including a minimum of 1 year in management and 3 years performing similar duties. Must have and be able to provide evidence and references pertaining to his/her profession.
- Considerable skill in simple mathematical calculations without error.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to use Word/ Excel, Internet and Outlook Express computer programs with the ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to move throughout all Sales & Marketing areas and perform essential job functions.
- Listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong knowledge of the geographic designated markets.
- Creativity, good communication skills, good organizational skills, working as part of a team and able to work within deadlines.
