Our client, a premier luxury resort in the Maldives, is seeking an inspiring Marketing & Communications Director to lead the full marketing and communications strategy for both the resort and its exclusive private island. This role drives global brand visibility through high‑impact advertising, PR, digital, social media, and creative collateral—ensuring the properties shine in key international markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of one (3) year in a similar position with a luxury hotel.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Customer-centric
• Ability to demonstrate working and engaging teams from different cultures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details
• High performance standards
• Technical proficiency in related software (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint,Word)
• Positive attitude.
• Good Communication skills.
• Commitment in delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
• Passion for sales and achieving targets and objectives.
