FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

VIETNAM (LIVE-IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary and beverage experience at our client’s luxury beachfront resort on Vietnam's coast. You will oversee three distinct restaurants, plus the resort's bars and events, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, controlling costs, and building a high-performing, locally rooted team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines refined hospitality instincts with strong commercial discipline, and who is passionate about showcasing Vietnamese ingredients, culture, and craftsmanship alongside world-class international standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurants and bars in a high-end, multi-outlet environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Asia, ideally Southeast Asia or Middle East.
• Refined taste, creativity, and a passion for gastronomy
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large, diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English (written and spoken).
