Step into a leadership role at our premier luxury resort in Kenya, where we’re seeking an experienced Training Manager to elevate guest experiences by designing and delivering exceptional staff development programs that embody world-class hospitality, cultural richness, and unmatched service excellence in one of Africa’s most breathtaking destinations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Training Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.

The Training Manager monitors training program effectiveness, manages budgets, and stays updated on training trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in related field
• Proven work experience as a Training Manager
• Hotel or resort experience
• Able to speak Swahili preferable
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
