ROOMS DIVISION TRAINER

 

 

JAMAICA

Are you passionate about hospitality and training? We’re seeking an energetic and skilled Rooms Division Trainer for our client’s luxury resort in Jamaica. As a key member of the team, you’ll design and deliver engaging customer service and technical skills training programs across departments within the Rooms Division (Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Front Office, Laundry).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • BSc. Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a hotel across the Rooms Division, 2 of which should be at a supervisory level or as a Certified Trainer.

COMPETENCIES

  • Fluent in English and a second language would be an asset, preferably Spanish
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast- pace, high energy and demanding work environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with an ability to motivate team members
  • Dedicated, hard-working, self – motivated and solution oriented
