Are you a culinary maestro with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences? Look no further! Our client’s internationally renowned luxury resort in the Maldives is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their kitchen brigade.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or any related culinary degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef
• Must have experience in the Maldives.
• Prior experience in large-scale kitchen operations, with multiple outlets is a must.
• Previous experience with controlling food costs, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and training of culinary team members.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• High level of understanding of international cuisines with proven track of culinary projects corresponding with international trends
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Excellent guest service skills
