The Managing Director will be responsible for leading the business to its next phase of growth and excellence while remaining deeply aligned with our values and impact pillars.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Capability Requirements
- Proven Managing Director or equivalent senior executive experience, with direct P&L ownership
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Experience leading complex, multi-site operations, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or a related service-led sector
- A demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, translating vision into disciplined execution
- Experience operating in emerging or frontier markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics and constraints
