SALES MANAGER (GCC, NORTH AFRICA)

Join a luxury resort brand where ambition meets excellence. We’re looking for a visionary sales leader to spearhead growth across our client’s key international markets: GCC & North Africa.

You’ll shape and execute strategic initiatives that unlock revenue potential, forge influential partnerships, and elevate our market presence. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who thrives on results, builds trust with ease, and knows how to navigate diverse cultural landscapes with confidence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality/travel industry.
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role in the hospitality/travel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English (additional languages relevant to GCC, North Africa, or Western Europe would be an advantage)
