SALES MANAGER (EUROPE & RUSSIA)

Step into a leadership role that spans continents. We’re inviting a seasoned and strategic sales professional to lead our client, a luxury resort group’s commercial efforts across Southern Europe and Russia & Eastern Europe.

You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, cultivating high-value partnerships, and executing region-specific strategies that elevate our brand and market share. This is a rare opportunity to shape performance across diverse markets, working closely with key stakeholders to unlock new potential and deliver measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality/travel industry.
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role in the hospitality/travel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English and Italian, other relevant languages an advantage.
