Step into a leadership role where hospitality meets purpose. Our client is seeking a visionary Lodge Manager to oversee operations at a premier safari lodge, with a focus on excellence, impact, and long-term growth.

You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, elevate the guest experience, and drive commercial success through strategic financial oversight. From ensuring operational compliance to championing community engagement and environmental sustainability, you’ll be at the heart of a property that blends luxury with legacy.

Looking ahead, you’ll also play a key role in property development and project management—shaping the future of the lodge alongside a dynamic leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of cross-department dependencies & ability to work productively with all areas of the business
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent financial/business insight and decision making
• Excellent attention to detail, initiative & interpersonal skills
• Strong guest focus
• Knowledge of Hotel Software or Property Management Systems like OPERA
• Understanding of local rural culture
