F&B MANAGER

LIMPOPO PROVINCE, RSA (LIVE IN)

We are searching for a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage specialist for our client’s reserve in Limpopo.

The ideal candidate would have excellent F&B knowledge and at least 5 years’ experience in a management role, have excellent communication and possess outstanding guest service skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years previous F&B management experience at a 4 or 5* property/lodge
• Clear communication skills – written and verbal
• Strategic and creative restaurant operation skills
• Excellent attention to detail, able to use initiative and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible, reliable, proactive and trustworthy
• Presentable, well-spoken and professional individual
• Act in good faith & in the best interest of the Company at all times
• High guest-centric approach to ensure overall customer service
• Positive attitude, Team player, Leader
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays
