Are you passionate about fine dining, guest satisfaction, and driving profitability in a world-class setting? As the Food & Beverage Manager at our luxury Maldives resort, you'll oversee the vibrant F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, and mini bar services. This is your chance to lead a talented team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain budget efficiencies, and uphold the highest health and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, European trained. 
• Professional qualification is an added advantage
• English & Central European countries that share the German language as a common linguistic (German, Austria or Switzerland).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Symphony & Opera System
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including information sharing in writing  
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Customer-focused mindset

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• The ability to gather guest feedback contributes to continuous improvement efforts in the department.

• Positive, motivating attitude ensuring a productive environment.

• Exposure to sustainability initiatives or quality assurance processes would be beneficial.
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to address the critical few priorities while not losing perspective on the secondary and lower-level issues.
