Our client is seeking an inspiring and strategic Hotel Manager to lead one of Zanzibar’s premier luxury resorts. This is a rare opportunity to shape unforgettable guest experiences while driving operational brilliance and long-term growth.

Reporting to the General Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Degree or diploma within hospitality and/or tourism.
• Status: Currently experienced Hotel Manager of a small to mid-sized luxury resort. Experience in Zanzibar preferable
• Language: English fluent.
• Computer: Excellent computer literacy, technologically savvy and innovative, good knowledge of hospitality and finance-related software.
• Personal and professional skills: customer and human-centric mindset with strong communication skills, possess knowledge and expertise of hospitality operations service standards, accountable and take ownership for company’s operational and service performance. Financial literacy is a must quality, has to understand financial statements, budgets, KPIs and direct operations and leadership to drive and maximize profitability.
