ROOMS DIVISION DIRECTOR

VIETNAM (LIVE-IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

Our client, a luxury resort in Vietnam, is seeking an accomplished Rooms Division Director to oversee the full spectrum of the Rooms Division—including Front Office, Housekeeping, and the newly developing Butler service. This senior leadership role requires a refined operator with experience in a similar environment.

You will shape service excellence across all guest‑facing departments, elevate operational standards, and play a pivotal role in crafting a world‑class Butler program. This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward‑thinking rooms leader ready to influence guest experience at a premier destination.

A key part of this role will be to develop clear procedures, SOPs and service standards across the rooms division, while preserving the warmth, flexibility and personal character of a family business. We need someone who can bring structure without making the operation feel rigid.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–4 years’ experience as a Rooms Division Director or in an equivalent senior rooms role, ideally in an upscale or luxury resort environment.

The right candidate should be:

• An excellent communicator and highly organised
• Flexible, hands-on and able to adapt to a changing operation
• A strong team builder who can bring departments together
• Highly attentive to detail, with a clear understanding of ultra-luxury service and guest expectations
• Experienced in building and maintaining consistent service standards
