DIRECTOR OF F&B

MALDIVES (LIVE-IN, SINGLE ACCOMMODATION)

Our client is seeking an accomplished Director of F&B to oversee and elevate all food and beverage operations at their luxury island resort in the Maldives. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop a diverse team, champion service excellence, and cultivate a culture of continuous achievement.

You’ll take full ownership of operational standards, team performance, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring every outlet delivers exceptional dining experiences that reflect the resort’s world‑class reputation. Your vision and expertise will shape guest satisfaction, drive operational success, and contribute to the resort’s ongoing growth in a dynamic, globally admired destination.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ leading F&B service at some of the world's best 5* luxury hotels/resorts, exposure to Michellin starred service and experience in the Maldives preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or relevant diploma will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and impeccable inter-personal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes with great attention to detail.
• Possesses outstanding guest service skills, striving to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ability to focus attention on guests' needs with a pleasant and charming personality.
• Experience in Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards
