CHEF DE PARTIE

MALDIVES (LIVE-IN)

Our client is searching for a talented Chef de Parties to join their luxury hotel. Reporting to the Sous Chefs, the Restaurant Chef and the Executive Chef, you will be working alongside the culinary team to ensure that guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years international experience at 5-star luxury hotel/resort with a focus on nutrition.
• Creative and capable of developing exciting menu offerings
• Relevant experience in nutrition or related field is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards
• Excellent English
• Experience working in multi-cultural teams and able to work under pressure
• Flexible to work around guest demands with an eye for detail.
